It’s about what happened last week, in Baghdad.Especially in Babalsheikh by some terrorist who tried to blow up this holy shrine. Sheikh Abdulkhader algaylani. This is the shrine of scholar of Sunni sactar this was built a long time ago. It’s a holy place for muslin from all over the world, especially from Pakistan, Afghanistan and India plus Iraqi people. They came to worship and pray this beautiful shrine well engineered. It has a big court it could fit a thousand of people and it has a beautiful tower with an old clock (al manara) Inside the building there was a tomb of molana, sheikh abdulkadar. This huge building has a school for teaching the holy quran and practice for holy Islam it’s located on Kifah Street and Gaylani Street and two sides. The other side is close to Alginabeer. Mawlana Sheikh Abdulkhadar, one of the imam mossa alkadim besides imam Abuhaneefa. This building was one of the oldest shrines I don’t know how old it is it has a beautiful arcade and plenty of rooms for people to live and stay in especially the students from out of Iraq. In many occasions they hold a lot of (darwasha) the spinning dance. It’s very common especially around outside this shrine. The people who live around this area are Pakistanis, Afghanis; they use the name a sheikhlee. But the natives are born that are mostly Kurdish Faylees and Arabs. Alnakeeb family has the control of the treasury (killeel dar) this shrine is for everyone. Every Friday they serve the soup (shorba) for everybody. I love that area because it’s simple and it’s a clean place. I hate what happened last week when I heard the news. Can you imagine the holy places can not be saved from those people who are called devils? When we were young we used to buy blueberries from an older man who was sitting behind a fence on a high wall. A lot of people are proud to use al shaykhee last name and follow his kadreeya way. As I mentioned before let us all pray everyday for our country our mosques or churches we need help from god to save our people and our country. Kurds Arabs and Christians and other religions. Peace for all.
